The vast majority of Roarke projects are conducted on privately held land—whether you are a land trust, municipality, or individual landowner, Roarke is interested in reforesting your land to a historical standard. Every forest that can be regenerated is another step towards a future in harmony with nature, from the smallest sub-acre projects to the ones that need tens-of-thousands of trees.

Parties interested should fill out the below forms with as much details as possible. Please note that the following stipulations are very important:

• You must be the property owner or be authorized to act on behalf of the legal owner.

• Unless otherwise specified, Roarke will select tree species native and appropriate to your situation.

• Requests for specific trees are limited by our stock and may be countered by Roarke due to either ecological restrictions or internal efficiency decisions.

• Some fruiting trees may incur a per-tree additional cost.

• Services are free only for those related to the materials and labor associated with planting trees. Any requests for hardscaping, landscaping, additional plants, or similar may incur additional costs that will be discussed.

• Services are contingent on property owners restricting reforested land to hunting outside of removing invasive or destructive species.

Please be aware: Roarke offers these services at a free or subsidized rate because we expect projects to remain on land for enough time to make an impact. Your commitment as a landowner will be to sign a binding contract to not remove planted trees for a period of time that starts at 25 years and ranges upwards. These responsibilities will, depending on terms, likely be passed to future property owners. Additionally, violation of these terms will result in Roarke seeking damages that reflect lost time and materials, as well as notifying relevant bodies that projects have been voided.

As a reminder, Roarke offers regenerative agriculture in the form of fruiting trees. We do not take requests for annual crops. While Roarke can offer advice for the care of producers, we do not participate in any way in the maintenance or pollination of any fruiting trees. We do not guarantee harvests, viability of trees in the long-term, or sustainability of farming practices, as all situations are dependent on owner maintenance. We accept no liability for costs associated with the remediation of related situations.
